On October 23, 2025, Xiamen Hithium Energy Storage Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Hithium”), ELITE Solar and Aton Energy Technology PTE. LTD (hereinafter referred to as “Aton Energy”) successfully held a tripartite strategic cooperation signing ceremony in Xiamen, China.

At the signing ceremony, representatives from the three parties had in-depth discussions on the trends and cooperation prospects of the new energy industry. In the context of accelerating the transformation of the global energy structure, all parties unanimously agree that strengthening collaborative innovation in the fields of PV and energy storage is a key path to achieve green and low-carbon development. The three parties will target key regional markets such as the United States, Europe, and Asia Pacific, and plan to jointly promote the landing of energy storage projects of no less than 10 GWh in the next three years.

The achievement of this strategic cooperation will fully leverage the advantages of the three parties in technology research and development, capital operation, market development, and industrial chain integration. This will help to establish a multi-level cooperation mechanism in areas such as PV technology innovation, energy storage system research and development, integrated photovoltaic storage solutions, and overseas project expansion.

Through resource sharing and complementary advantages, we will jointly build a new energy industry ecosystem with international competitiveness, and strengthen the sustainability and efficiency of the global energy framework.
